Woods Available

I am able to source a wide range of high quality tone woods, hand picked for both their exceptional tonality and beautiful graining. For my standard range alder (3-piece or 2-piece), swamp ash (3-piece, 2-piece and one piece) and sugar pine (2-piece) is the norm, with walnut, poplar and mahogany also available

For my premium range, many other exotic, rare and highly figured, bookmatched and truly beautiful woods are available, such as claro walnut, spalted maple, pao ferro, koa, etc usually available in one-piece bodies with thick 10mm caps (rather than 0.6mm veneers) for the highly figured tops
